1. Order Processing:

All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges & Confirmation:

- Shipping charges are calculated on actual basis (as per actual package weight, dimensions, and delivery location PIN code).

- Once you place an order on the website, our team will calculate the exact actual shipping fee and contact you directly via Phone Call / WhatsApp to inform and confirm the delivery charges before dispatch.

- The order will be dispatched immediately once the actual shipping amount is confirmed.

3. Delivery Time:

- Delivery Timelines: Usually 4 to 7 business days across India once dispatched.

- Tracking: You will receive an AWB tracking number via SMS/Email to track your consignment in real-time.

4. Delays & Queries:
